Agreement
By using sohostich.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products
Every piece sold by SohoStich is one-of-one salvaged vintage. Photos are of the exact piece for sale. Because these are vintage, expect normal wear and character consistent with the era. All sizes are the true measured size of the piece.
Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Because every piece is one-of-one, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if a piece becomes unavailable after checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines, return eligibility, and refund windows are described on the Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The SohoStich name, logo, site design, and photography are the property of SohoStich. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Third-party brand names (e.g. Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger, JNCO) are used only to describe the vintage garments we sell and remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SohoStich's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
